Information we collect
When you register or contact us, we store the details you provide: name, business, email, account role, website details, campaign content and correspondence. Account passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Login and abuse-prevention attempts use hashed identifiers with a short retention window.
Ad delivery
The existing ads.eeasy.in delivery service logs impressions and clicks. These logs may include an IP address, user agent, referring page, ad identifier, publisher identifier and timestamp. Counts are operational delivery records, not verified people or guaranteed business results. Publishers are responsible for appropriate notices and any legally required consent on their own websites.
Cookies and use
This portal uses an essential session cookie for sign-in, security and form submissions. We use account information to review applications, manage advertising and respond to requests. No behavioural targeting or cross-site advertising profile is created by this portal.
Access and retention
Network administrators access submissions for operational review. An advertiser can access its own portal campaigns; a publisher can access its own approved site reports. Approved creatives and landing-page links are public when delivered. We keep records for the relevant business purpose and applicable recordkeeping needs. You can request access, correction or deletion through the contact form; legal or operational retention may apply.
Providers and requests
The platform is hosted through Hostinger. Advertiser destinations and publisher websites have their own privacy practices. For privacy questions, choose a privacy-related subject on our contact form. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive financial information through the enquiry form.
